Ask a homeowner about the last time they performed home maintenance chores​ and learn that most people can't tell you the details. At Fi Home Services, we believe that consistent preventative home maintenance will allow you to ward off costly home repairs and surprise replacement needs. That's why we developed a home maintenance subscription. Here's how it works:

 

  1. Invite us to your home for a complimentary home walkthrough consultation. Our techs will observe your home's interior and exterior. We'll share what we observe and let you make the decision to allow us to care for your home. ​

  2. During our 2nd visit, we'll perform a number of chores including:

    • Purging your hot water tank​

    • Descaling your appliances

    • Degreasing your oven hood

    • Replace your HVAC and refrigerator filters

    • Dryer vent clean out

    • Greasing the your garage door tracks
