After spending nearly 25 years in the banking industry, recently as the Director of Learning and Development, Dianne has turned her focus to serving homeowners as she facilitates their journey of maintaining one of their biggest assets. Her passion of renovating homes and knowledge of design thinking are paired together in FI Home Services as the company serves an untapped market full of potential. Dianne holds an MBA in Management from Youngstown State University and serves on the Parrish Arts Council board of directors.

With 14 years of retail experience at Best Buy and 8 years of hospitality via Airbnb and Turo, Felix has an engrained customer-centric mentality. Paired with his decade of Learning and Development experience, he brings an influential communication style to the team and serves as an effective mediator and tie-breaker. He feels strongly that people should focus on what they are good at and receives energy when he implements efficiencies to pipelines and monotonous tasks. Whether it is complex technology made-easy, or skills and knowledge made understandable, Felix will ensure the execution of plans are as frictionless as possible.

1994 graduate from the University of Tampa and lifelong resident in the Tampa Bay area. He has worked in the construction industry since 2006. Andy specializes in building new residential homes and has experience with home warranties. Andy’s leadership and management style creates an environment for optimal production and his deep knowledge and network in the industry will lead to customer optimization.

With 31 years of experience in the banking industry, she also serves as a Sales Manager at BlueGrey Mortgage. Johanna holds a B.S. Degree in Organizational Communication, Media, Marketing, and Public Relations from Northeastern University. Beyond her professional roles, she enjoys developing others, traveling, and spending time with her daughters Anna and Sophia.

Johanna actively contributes to her community, serving on various boards, including the FBI Citizens Academy, YMCA of the Suncoast, Panhellenic Federation of Florida, and St Nicholas Cathedral Epiphany Celebration Media and Public Relations for 17 years. Her commitment extends to all-embracing volunteerism.
