How we came to be
Our founder's personal experience with a flooded shower inspired her to create a company that takes care of everyday chores, so they don't become a problem! As homeowners, we are all well-aware how neglected home maintenance causes bigger messes and expenses. We look forward to serving you!
Dianne Wheeler
After spending nearly 25 years in the banking industry, recently as the Director of Learning and Development, Dianne has turned her focus to serving homeowners as she facilitates their journey of maintaining one of their biggest assets. Her passion of renovating homes and knowledge of design thinking are paired together in FI Home Services as the company serves an untapped market full of potential. Dianne holds an MBA in Management from Youngstown State University and serves on the Parrish Arts Council board of directors.
Derek Kobel
Derek's background spans military service, emergency response, and the property industry, giving him a unique perspective on how small issues can turn into major problems when left unchecked. As a former firefighter/paramedic and licensed public adjuster, he has seen firsthand the damage that deferred maintenance can cause. Through FI Home Services, Derek is passionate about helping homeowners stay ahead of costly repairs, protect their investment, and enjoy greater peace of mind through proactive home care.
