Who is Fi Home Services?
Fi Home Services was founded in 2023 by Dianne Wheeler. She experienced a moment that every homeowner faces during their homeownership journey, "What don't I know, that I need to know to protect my investment?"
As a new Florida resident and homeowner, Dianne moved from Ohio, it was daunting to think about all the home maintenance chores needed to keep her home in top condition. She imagined having a service that would come to her home periodically to check on things and perform the needed maintenance to costly repairs and replacements.
Derek Kobel joined Fi Home Services in the spring of 2026. Prior to aligning with Fi, Derek obtained his P.A. license and worked in Public Adjusting for several years. His experience as a Public Adjuster led him to understand the importance of maintaining a home and keeping records diligently.
Derek is a former Navy officer and lifelong resident of Florida.
Fi Home Services began designing a mobile app to help our clients track their home's maintenance chores. What began as an idea for our subscribers, launched as a platform for all homeowners.
