Prevent Damage from
Becoming Disaster

An unoccupied home is a vulnerable home and not in the way you might suspect! We have heard countless stories of damages occuring from undetected leaks, leftover food, and stagnant drains. When you schedule a Home Watch visit, expect a thorough and systematic review of your home by one of our Home Watch Academy graduates. As part of the Home Watch Network, Fi Home Services is held to the utmost standards of practice for Home Watch including and certainly are not limited to, retrieving mail and packages, cycling Waste Carts, checking your home's perimeter, cycling water zones and calibrating climate control settings. With our report being sent to you shortly after the visit.

Trust us to keep a watchful eye on your home while you are away.

What is a water zone?

Water zones are areas of your home that require the most vigilance and care because of the presence of water appliances and fixtures. These are your kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, butler's pantry, and service kitchen. The price and scope of our standard Home Watch service includes up to six of these water zones. While most homes fit within this scope, homes with additional water zones will be assessed a $15 per water zone fee billed separately.

Can you care for my cars too?

Yes, most cars qualify for a Car Drive add-on but there are exceptions. Idle cars consume battery, and some cars even have multiple batteries. That's before you consider a vehicle's fluids sitting and settling in the lines and tanks or humid air creating habitats for micro-organisms and odors to take hold. We follow the Home Watch Network standards of practice which recommend a 10-15 mile drive of your vehicle on a rhythm recommended by your mechanic.
