For your first home watch visit, you will want to book this service on a day you are available to learn how we will place your home into "home watch mode", what updates you can expect to receive, and to turn over a copy of your home keys, security codes and keys. As discussed during our first home watch visit, it is our best practice to perform our next visit shortly after you leave. For this and any other visit going forward, we will perform our standards of practice for Home Watch. Our standards include and certainly are not limited to, retrieving mail and packages, cycling Waste Carts, checking your home's perimeter, cycling water zones and calibrating climate control settings. Look out for our report shortly after. Please note: The price and scope of this service includes up to six water zones. While most homes fit within this scope, homes with additional water zones will be assessed a $15 per water zone fee billed separately.

This is for homeowners that want to be sure their home is "List Ready" before they put it on the market. Fi Home Services updates home maintenance chores, documents the home in HomeHubAi, and creates a Summary Report including the important systems buyes will want to know about. Professional Guidance steers sellers to knowing what will positively impact the home's listing impression.

Session to set up the HomeHubAi app includes an Fulfillment Specialist walking the home and logging the aspects into the HomeHubAi app.

We will walk the interior and exterior of your home to document important components like appliances, shutoff valves, and filter replacements. At the end of the walkthrough we will provide a personalized maintenance plan and answer any questions you may have. If you are ready, we can also get your first service visit scheduled.
